Set up the Tablet
We provide a standard Android tablet with Internet access and apps such as YouTube pre-loaded. If your family has a compatible tablet, we encourage you to use it instead. You can double-check your personal device’s compatibility here.
Important!!
If you receive an Android tablet from Mightier, a Google account is required to set it up.

Use a child Google account.
Since this tablet has built-in apps like YouTube, we recommend using a child account for your privacy and protection.- To create a child account, wait for the Google sign-in screen, select “Create account” then select “For my child”

(Optional) Set up Family Link for parental controls.
Google’s Family Link parental control app allows you to:
- Review and disable apps you don’t want your child to have access to
- Set daily time limits
- Schedule a bedtime
- Family Link works best when you also download the app on your mobile device. For more information about how to use and set up Family Link, we recommend starting here: Family Link Setup
Step 2
Download the Mightier App
Go to the Google Play Store and search for “Mightier.”
*Our app is pretty large, so it’s normal for it to take up to 15 minutes to download.
Step 3
Log into Mightier App
- Once the download is complete, open the app and log in using your Mightier email address and password (these are different than the Google email and password used for tablet setup).
- Forgot your password? Click here and we will email you a link to reset it.
Alternate login methods:
SMS Code: Select “Login with Code” to enter your phone number and have Mightier text you a code.
Parent App Code: Select ‘Parent app Login’ and follow the instructions for a one-time login code from the Mightier Parent app.
Step 4
Set up the Heart Sensor
Before you play, remove the protective sticker.
Slide the metal loop on the armband for sizing.
Find a snug fit on the arm or leg, avoiding elbows and wrists.
Helpful Tips!
- Check your Bluetooth settings to verify that Bluetooth is on.
- If you are having trouble connecting to the Heart Sensor try turning it off by holding down its power button for 5-7 seconds. Wait 10 seconds before turning it back on and trying again.
