Clinical Eligibility Review
We are responsible for ensuring that children’s clinical presentations are a good fit for the Mightier Program.

Psychoeducational & Programmatic Support
We provide set-up and ongoing support to ensure that families know how to use the program and get the most out of Mightier.

Engagement Data Review
Families can only benefit if they engage with Mightier. We provide families with monthly reviews and expert opinions on their program data.
Meet our Team


Andrey Ostrovsky MD
Practice Owner
Andrey Ostrovsky, M.D., FAAP, is the former Chief Medical Officer of the U.S. Medicaid program. He is managing partner at Social Innovation Ventures, where he invests in and advises companies and nonprofits dedicated to eliminating disparities.
Dr. Ostrovsky has served on several boards and committees dedicated to behavioral health, interoperability standards, quality measurement, and home and community-based services. He completed his Medical degree at Boston University and his pediatrics residency training in the Boston Combined Residency Program at Boston Medical Center and Boston Children’s Hospital, where he was a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School. He is currently an attending physician at Mary’s Center, a federally qualified health center in Washington D.C.


Emily Devlin LICSW
Interim Clinical Director
Emily Devlin, MSW, LICSW is an independently licensed clinical social worker with a passion for innovative mental health solutions. Emily is currently serving as the Interim Clinical Director for Mightier Clinical Services.
She has worked for Mightier for 6 years and is also Mightier’s Client Success Manager. She uses her clinical background of working with children and families to effectively expand Mightier’s impact and is focused on broadening access to Mightier’s solution to all children and families. Emily received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology (BSW and BS) at the University of New Hampshire and then her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Boston College. She currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
