Complete clinical survey
Tell us a bit about what your child is experiencing.

Ship your kit
Once we’ve confirmed coverage and reviewed your survey, we’ll mail your heart sensor and GamePad kit.

Connect with our care team
We’ll walk you through how Mightier works, share playtime tips, and answer your questions.

Start playing!
On your schedule, just 45 minutes a week. At home, on-the-go, car rides, waiting rooms, anywhere!
