Helping To Identify Your Child’s Feelings
Identifying what you are feeling can be hard for kids. Use this emotion-meter to have your child identify what they are feeling.
If they are “in the red” they are feeling frustrated, anger, excited, really happy, or upset, If they are “in the grey” they are feeling neutral or content. If they are “in the blue they are feeling calm, cool, and in control. Have them rate their feelings when they start their day, when they get home from school, or throughout the day. No feeling is right or wrong!
